Prior to this, Palmer was a Senior Regional Director working with financial advisors throughout Southwestern Ontario; delivering insights, tools and advice to help them build their businesses and deliver on client outcomes.
David Steele
President, Russell Investments Canada
David Steele is President of Russell Investments Canada Limited (RICL). Based in Toronto, David oversees the strategic direction of Russell Investments' day-to-day activities and leadership of Canada's primary operating businesses, including Private Client Services and Canada Institutional. David is also a member of Russell Investments' executive committee and global leadership forum. He assumed this role October 2016.
Shay Kshatriya

His views help guide Canadian multi-asset portfolios; as well, he serves as a key spokesperson communicating Russell Investments' market outlook and positioning to retail and institutional investors.
Shay has either authored or co-authored several articles which have appeared in Russell Investments publications. He has been a regular guest on BNN Bloomberg TV; as well as been quoted in various publications such as the Globe & Mail, Toronto Star, National Post, Morningstar, Reuters, among others.
Natalie Miller

Natalie Miller is a consulting director for Russell Investments' Advisor & Intermediary Solutions' consulting services group. Natalie is responsible for delivering market and economic insights and portfolio strategy advice to financial advisors and individual investors. Natalie manages a team of analysts who assist Russell Investments' distribution partners in analyzing portfolios and creating custom asset allocation studies for high net worth clients, endowments, foundations and institutions.
Kris Nelson
Director, Investment Research Global Equity, Russell Investments
Kris is a Director of Investment Research on the Global Equities team where she evaluates investment strategies in an effort to identify those which are likely to generate returns in excess of the relevant market indices and peer groups. She is specifically responsible for the research and rank ownership of managers in the global value universe. She contributes to Russell Investments' active ownership programs as well, leading the firm's engagement efforts through her role on the Proxy & Engagement Committee. Kris joined Russell Investments in March of 2016.

Leola joined the investment division in 1998 and is currently part of the investment strategy research team focusing on Russell Investments' research process and publications, multi-asset solutions and alternative investments. Her role comprises oversight of the research agenda and process, as well as contributing materially to the body of research at Russell Investments.
Patrick Nikodem

Patrick Nikodem is a Portfolio Manager at Russell Investments with an emphasis on listed real assets. In this role, Patrick has global oversight of portfolio construction, tactical asset allocation, and direct investing within the firm's multi-strategy real asset portfolios. Patrick also manages Russell Investments' listed infrastructure and real estate securities funds for institutional and private investors in the US, Canada and EMEA.
Jay Rosenberg

Jay serves in a strategic role as head of real assets for Nuveen Asset Management, responsible for the investment process and performance of the firm's listed real estate, global infrastructure and real asset income strategies.
Jay is the creator of the Global Infrastructure Strategy, which invests in listed infrastructure companies, and has been its lead portfolio manager since its inception in 2007. He is also the creator and lead manager for the Real Asset Income Strategy, which invests in income-generating debt and equity securities from both the real estate and infrastructure segments, since its inception in 2011. In addition, Jay is a lead manager for the Real Estate Securities Strategy, which invests primarily in equity real estate investment trusts (REITs). He has been a manager for that strategy since he joined the firm in 2005.

Greg Nott is Senior Director, Head of Multi-Asset for Russell Investments Canada Limited. Based in Toronto, Greg is responsible for all aspects of investment management, including leading the fixed income and multi-asset investment teams. Greg has more than 22 years of industry experience and has been with Russell Investments since 1998. Greg's experience includes manager research analysis, fixed income portfolio management, and multi-asset portfolio construction and management. Greg became CIO in 2011 and maintains his portfolio management responsibilities.
